Hey there! This is a really simple quick dressing/dip/sauce recipe I whipped up in a pinch to eat over some leftover turkey burgers. I wanted to share it because it is so delicious and these are likely ingredients you already have on hand!
This is a pretty spicy dressing so adjust ingredients as needed! I used what I had in the fridge- romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, and red bell pepper for my salad. I warmed up a leftover turkey burger (I always make extra when my husband grills- best leftovers!), chopped it up and threw it on the salad, drizzled on the dressing and TA-DA! Easy, tasty and satisfying lunch! See recipe below. Enjoy!
